Good cider comes from good fruit. All of our ciders are produced using apples from California. We work with wonderful orchards as far north as Mariposa and as far south as See Canyon. We process all of our fruit at the cider house using an old-fashioned press. The juice is then pumped into its new home in our cellar, where it will rest in oak or stainless. After it’s nap, it can be pumped into a bottle, keg, or mouth.
